The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

S. B. 228 -- “A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding two new sections, designated §49-2-815 and §49-2-131, relating to requiring the Department of Human Services to establish a pilot program in one or more districts comprised of no more than three counties in the aggregate to provide for supplemental caseworker aide services for the Bureau for Social Services; and requiring the Department of Human Services to implement a pilot project in two counties that requires the use of mobile devices to access the department’s case management system.”.
